This warranty is valid for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, faulty ancillary equipment, modifications, unauthorized repair, shipping damage or loss, abuse, accidents, use on improper voltage/current, lightning or other acts of God, normal wear and tear, commercial use, or purchase from unauthorized dealers. Evidence of purchase from an authorized dealer within the warranty period is required for service.

If you need to service your Echowell audio product please DO NOT return the product without contacting your dealer or Echowell audio first. Echowell audio warranty does not cover for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or incidental damage resulting from this product. The warranty has specific legal rights and you the user may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or excluding consequential damages – which may mean the above restrictions do not apply to you.
